To start off, I'm a college athlete. I'm 6' weigh close to 180 and have about 16% body fat. Over the summer, I was 154lbs and had 11% body fat. It seems like no matter how much work I put into dieting, weight training, and cardio, I can't seem to get back down. I want to lose the weight by May because I plan on competing in NAGA. But at the same time, I really want to gain muscle mass. Any suggestions on dieting techniques, supplements, diet pills, etc?
