need help with legs

I may have missed this... but what is your goal??? Is it to have better looking legs, to improve your balance, both...something else???

If changing the size of your legs is your goal then the other posters have given you the perfect advice, which is: squat.

If balance is your goal then I might suggest that you do some work on balance disks or if you have access to the ocean: surf. I truly don't know of another activity that develops better balance than surfing.
