Need Help: Trying to Mod "TES III: Morrowind"

Hey guys, so I'm trying to install "Morrowind Code Patch 2.1". I extracted the .zip folder inside the same folder as 'morrowind.exe' just like the site told me to, but the program is telling me that it can't find 'morrowind.exe' still. Honestly, I'm about ready to give up and just play it vanilla whether it's buggy or not. I've been spending a long time trying to figure out what the problem is.

I can't speak on Morrowind directly, but I've encountered a bunch of issues when trying to install older games with these newer versions of Windows. Installing them some place other than Program Files seems to fix many of those issues, though. Maybe try that out if you haven't already?
