Im not into bodybuilding or stuff..I just want to increase in strength and size.
I want to know what pec dec is good for?Is it the same with the flys?
Does it target inner pecs or outer pecs?(plz answer)
And most important!I prefer this excersice above cross wires and flys is that wrong?Again i want size and strength...

That should show you all the muscles involved. It says that the sternal pectoral is the target, so I guess that means inner. It's a valid excercise, but in the end it comes down to the eternal debate of freeweights vs machines. You will still get a bigger and stronger chest using a machine, but you won't train your stabilizer muscles. It all comes down to personal choice. If you're more comfortable with the pec dec, stick with it. If you stop making gains after a while, switch to flies or something.

I used to do flies but i found them hard to do and boring..So i figured that pec deck could do the trick but now i guess ill switch to flies in a while...

Pec deck is good if you wanna injure yourself. free weights are superior to machines

Well, the best use I can think of for a pec deck, is to sit on for a break between sets of squats, you could also use it as a platform for doing step-ups or possibly a coat rack.

Of course you could just cut the metro bullshit and go do some heavy benching, just a thought.

What about deadlifting the pec deck, or dragging it as a sled? Will this still work my inner pecs?

I think picking it up by the base and slamming it into the metros doing curls in the squat rack is probably your best bet. Might not do much for your pecs, but damn it'll be fun.
