Need help on fast weight lost!!! ASAP

I only lost 7kg (15.4 pound) in the past 2 weeks.

For some reason I need to lose weight FAST before 14th of March.
My goal is about 30 kg (66 pound)

Things I do so far:
1. Water Fasting
2. One Meal per Day
3. Cycling (average 30 to 60 km (18 to 37 miles), maximum 90km (55 miles) daily

I need to find ways to exercise indoor.
I can't do pushup tho because my right shoulder is apparently hurt really bad.

I'm really desperate right now T.T

p/s:
I wonder if abs exercise will help me lose weight???
There is no gym in my area at all.
Cycling too far (55 miles) can lead me to binge eating apparently...
 
Adjustment/buy I had done so far:
1. Getting rid of my bed so that I have more space in my room to workout
2. Buying a mat, a dumbbell, weight band (all cheap stuff that I can afford)
3. Bought insole bcs apparent my feet are so pretty fcked too. Stretching and insole had so far help
 
If anybody have any idea whatsoever, just fill in, I really am lost right now, I have like 50 pounds to lose in 20 days

I know you don’t want to hear this but losing that amount of weight so quickly is not healthy and even if it was possible (which it probably isn’t) you would lose muscle as much as fat.

1lb of fat is approximately 3500 calories; 60pounds of fat is 210,000 calories. Even if a third of that is just excess water weight etc you cannot possibly burn that many excess calories in a few weeks. If you try and drop your calories too low your body will just go into starvation mode anyway.

Added to that you say you already have a shoulder injury; that won’t heal without adequate nutrition and rest.

You have already burned 7lbs a week which is good going; keep that up and you will have got nearly half way to your goal. Weight loss and overall fitness is a long term thing. Stay positive.

Things that will help:
Do fasted cardio in the morning.
Don’t neglect strength training.
Keep carbs below 30g a day to stay in ketosis.
No booze.
Berries and vegetables are important.
 
Along with the stuff you’re doing, you should add sprinting, do 7-10 fast sprints during workouts which not only will increase testosterone but HGH and it will accelerate weight loss

Short cold showers

Lots of fiber, eat lots of apples

Cut out sugar

Eat more protein with meals

Fasted cardio

Eat leafy greens, Spinach Kale etc

Take a multi vitamin

Add hot sauce to meals

Try turmeric

Ginger lemon tea

Blueberries

Remember testosterone burns fat

Hot baths after the days over
 
That’s an unrealistic goal, my man. You shouldn’t have cat fished that girl with an old photo.
Drink lots of water.
Cut out sugars.
Use MyFitnessPal to track your calories. Everyone guesses wrong on that.
Stay in a calorie deficit by 200-300 calories. use resistance training.
Be intense in your workouts. Don’t just do three sets of ten reps and think you’re killing it. Go to failure.

You are focusing on exercise for weight loss when you should be more focused on diet for weight loss first.

Exercise is secondary.

This was me in 7th grade 10 minutes before a pool party
 
Okay so what kind of weight are we talking about? Fat? Water? If you want to lose fat as fast as you can you need to cut calories drastically and do lots of cardio. We need info on why you need to lose lots of weight in the first place. Also you should of thought about this months in advance instead of leaving this to the last minute.
 
Try not to be in bed all the time. Eat healthy like fiber rich fruits. Walk or jog or ride bicycle. Eating healthy i believe works better than workout when it comes to losing weight.
 
50lbs in 20 days? Not gonna happen bro. Even if it’s water weight it is extremely unhealthy and you might die.

cut out all carbs eat only protein and salad with no salad dressing. 1 steak per day and salad. Drink only water. Good luck soldier
