The mats are great, but I am having a really hard time getting them to line up. I have about 70 mats in a rectangle and in a few spots there are unacceptable gaps.
So far I have reinstalled and gotten it slightly better by using a large mallet and 2x4 to force them to compress. Also I cleaned the floor again to provide better grip. Popped a chalk line on a 90 deg angle set by laser.
At the end of the day the space is large and the mats seem to be vary a good bit. What am I missing here? Does more people help to hold them down while you beat them into submission? I'm willing to try anything at this point, lol.
