Need help identifying a punching bag..

Hey there, this is probably a dumb question... but at the school I used to train at; one of the teachers brought in this great bag. It was great for throwing as well as striking since it has to be held up by someone.

The only problem is there wasn't a manufacturer logo or anything on the bag and I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. I'm looking to purchase one and any help would be great!

As you can see it's not a hanging bag, it, instead has these handles on it.. like I said, it's great for grappling/throwing/striking.. seems like a MT or MMA bag... but I don't know..

Good luck man - I had one of these too, except it was red and weighed like 80lbs. We used it for takedown/striking combos; it was great.
