So im trying to expand my very limited brunch game. Right now im pretty much making the same stuff all the time.

    Need some new ideas.

If you provide an idea please explain what exactly i would need to buy, and the directions on how to make it, very specific because I'm basic.

    Heres one i really like.

Sandwich and corn on the cob

I use a delicious fresh bun, some applewood smoked bacon (tons), some sweet thai chili chicken, lettuce and mayo. And one piece of corn on the cob barbecued.

Going to try a new recipe this weekend. Ham and cheese waffles.

Some delicious cooked ham, green and red bell peppers, some kind of delicious cheese possibly Monterey jack jalapeno, wrapped in doe and cooked in a waffle iron. Top with maple syrup.

Gives me some idess that are not too hard to make.

    Beans on toast.

Toast some bread. Heat some beans. Pour beans on to bread. Grated cheese on top, optional.

That sounds crazy. Presciutto peanut butter and vinaigrette? I can't wrap my mind around the flavour combination. Would chef Ramsay approve?

Chicken & waffles. Doing it all yourself is nice or whatever, but I just use Eggo waffles + Perdue crispy chicken strips, or anything similar

Easy to see the possibilities. It's like halfway between a quiche and an omelet
