need advice on chipped bone

I had a football injury two weeks ago, I was was hit so hard my feet went out from under me and I landed on my hip. I have had a bad case of hemotoma and a little numbness. I went and got this looked at by the doctor and he said the x-rays found a small chipped bone somewhere on my left side. I

i am changing docotrs because of the way he handled this. He practically threw me out of his office. I guess he didnt want to say anything until the ct scan comes back, but he still didnt tell me a thing about recovery.
