need advice for my workout schedule!

    WHICH ONE OF THESE PROGRAMS is BETTER 1 OR 2? OR YOU CAN TELL ME ONE THAT IS EVEN BETTER THAN THESE BECAUSE I

    both those schedules suck the fat one, not even for crack, just for the sheer joy of smoking dick.

    try something like: monday - pull, wednesday - push, friday - squats

    I hear this all the time and yet it's bullshit a lot of the times.

    Not only that, even if the statement is true it's still a bullshit excuse.

    please state squat, deadlift, bench, and overhead press numbers before claiming your strong enough in anything. FYI, nothing will make me give you a routine without lower back and leg training.

    I've thought about this thread a lot and come to the following conclusion... it's horse shit. Couldn't possibly be legitimate. So I will say this: you work your legs and back because it's the most important part of your body for any sport. no amount of ability (be it strength, power, endurance or speed) in either area can be too much. This thread is closed. Get a real routine. Consult the stickies.
