Need a new series to watch - suggestions?

So i have just finished watching Sons of Anarchy which i really enjoyed, so need a new series to watch. Ideally one that has finished already so i can just watch the complete box set. I was going to start on Power (5 cent) but am going to leave that until it has finished.

Some series i have watched (and enjoyed), so something along the lines of:
Sons Of Anarchy
Breaking Bad
The Sopranos
Game Of Thrones
Walking Dead (though got bored of that and stopped midway through series 8)
Dexter
The Shield


Any suggestions welcome!

Watched the first 2 episodes of The Sinner last night. It seems to have potential. I really liked the first 2 seasons of Dexter but it ran out of steam for me after that. Those 2 are definitely worth watching, though. I loved End of the F*cking World but it lost much of the quirkiness that made it unique by the end of the season. Love Stranger Things. I've tried Ozark twice and can't get into it, but I know a lot of people who love it. Westworld is chock full of titties and I still couldn't get into it but it's popular. I'd like to find something new as well.

I generally don't watch 'cop shows', but Bosch really clicked. I'm most of the way through Patriot and it's awesome.
