Neck strength

A gym i used to go to had a hammer strength neck machine, that thing was the tits.

this.we actually had one in my high school gym it really helped for football
 
i do it the cheap way. i take a towel wrap around the crown of the head to past your shoulder pull on it with your hands and just lift your head up and down with force. it works for me its cheap and i can do it while watching tv or whatever
 
every night in bed before you go to sleep, lie on your back and do head raises and side to side movements. Do a few sets of about 50. Its a great neck workout and it helps you get to sleep really easily.
