on this new gym ive been to, the coach makes ppl do these neck exercises (laying with ur neck in the air moving it up and down)

Do these actually help you not get KO or is it just a myth???

Let's put it like this. The neck, like the back, is much better in it's function of stabilization. The better you stabilize it, the less damage you'll take. Keeping good posture, not pulling on your neck when you punch, or in reaction to punches, that goes a lot further than neck exercises.

seems like having bigger traps would help with KOs a little bit but i think a lot of it is genetically predetermined.

should help with clinching a lot though.

Just do like the Reem and put a couple small weights in a wrap around your head and bob up and down. Maybe this is the true secret why he's done so well at HW, Uberchin via neck exercises.

What about the pussy? Or the crack?

That style of neck excercise has been done for a long time they actually sell a harness you attatch free weights too. Money Mayweather does it.

lol my neck hurts like hell just doing it with no weights...

Don't be doing neck bridges until you have developed at least some neck strength first.
