Well Conor didn't lose at FW so he always has that to go back on. Conor is still the biggest draw so as long as he doesn't lose again he should be fine.
Oh he's losing again. If he gets Frankie at 145, his Aura of invincibility will be cracked and he may or may not struggle to get to that weight. Frankie will come out like a buzzsaw for the takedown, and by the end of the first or mid second, Conor will be spent and will submit to whatever Frankie wants to take.
If he gets Aldo, Aldo has seen exactly what he needs to see to get over whatever fear of Conor he let get in his mind last time. He won't come out in a panic and will instead pick at Conor with low and body kicks over the first round, slowly picking up the pace and mixing up the combos. In the 2nd he will turn up the heat as Conor begins to slow down, and he'll KO him cold with a knee as Conor sloppily stumbles to avoid a punch or shoots the panic takedown.
If he instead opts for RDA at 155, same thing. Rafael has seen the invincible facade peel back, and he won't come in with any doubt in his mind. We'll see the same vicious onslaught he has shown of late against Cerrone, Diaz, and Pettis. Conor won't make it out of the 3rd.
And if he somehow opts for 170, well. Obviously that won't happen, because he knows he'll get served again by basically everybody. Though if he wants my money, i'll happily pay to see him get crushed by Condit, Rory or Lawler.
He's absolutely losing his next fight if it's against any of the above mentioned. Maybe he'll do ok on the fight after that, when he's fighting against easier competition.
