only a few teams IN HISTORY have ever had +10 rating, currently the Rockets and GS do (10.6 and 10.5 respectively)

GS has done it 3 consecutive seasons, 4 now, and the only other team to do that in recent years in a full season is SA 2 seasons back
Boston did it in 08
Chicago in 92, 96, 97
edit not history, they need full game logs so the stats only go back to the 85-86 season.
