My sister and me kick her Polish commando husband's ass at BJJ.

And she can't post pics of her wedding on Facebook because he's a level above a SEAL and the wedding looked like a meeting of the hardest men in the world with aged tattooed hipsters. I had a little doggie and the prettiest girl.
 
He was one of the Navy Seals featured in that tv series 'Live To Tell' (worth watching if you haven't seen it).

Let a Sambo or Judo guy throw that navy seal on his head - BJJ is waaaay overrated for selfdefence.
 
Flashback to the early MMA forum days. Was thinking these kinds of discussions were dead and gone:

Are you saying that a random dude like let say YOU will beat a navy seal...? FOR REAL? Navy seal are trained to kill, not to fight but to kill, to take the opponent out with the dirtiest Technic and put him out of his misery... And you are saying a random street dude will beat one of them...? Did sherdogger become that s#$%i#? A navy seal will pretty much annihilate you and 3 of your toughest friends at the SAME TIME... All that while sleep walking....
You remind me of those redneck gun nut people who think because they have an AR15, a camo outfit and spend a few hours per month at a shooting range that they could defeat the US army...

Nah. NAVY SEALS simply aren't training for unarmed combat. Any SEAL that does train does so on his own fruition.
That tall dude Ben something destoryed the SEAL Wolff and gave him a huge hemotomia
