Tim has great movement but Nate is easily as fast if not faster - if Nate has been working on his foot work I see him easily keeping the striking competitive and landing a few solid shots opening up for TD's....

Nate will end up working over and tiring Hector for 3 rounds and finish with a UD or late submission.

Bank on it - this underdog will win

I think this'll look a lot like the Chael fight.

I personally think it's an easy fight for Nate.....he's bigger, stronger and faster than Lombard.....if he keeps his distance and doesn't get into a brawl, he wins.

I wonder if Bjorn will want Hector back after this?

I'll have Nate by UD aswell, I think this weight cut might be bad for Lombard as he already told he'd like to fight back at 185.

Why wouldn't I be? What makes you think Lombard is stronger that Nate? His biceps?

And nate is clearly faster and lighter on his feet.

with Nate winning the striking and Lombard taking him down and grinding a decision while getting his head cut open and almost getting choked out?

I actually think Lombard will want to keep this standing and hunt for the KO hook

Basically... yes. I think Nate will own the striking in the first half of the fight and if Lombard isn't hunting for takedowns instead of headhunting by the last half of the fight... he's going to lose.

I got Lombard by KO. I wish he would have stayed at 185, I think Hector would have dealt with Andy.

He can't even deal with Okami but he would've dealt with Anderson Silva. Yeah okay.

    One, I disagree.
Two, you are hardly the first person to say Lombard would KO Marquardt. I would think that would be Lombard's best (only?) way to win, considering KO/TKO is his main way of winning and Marquardt was KO'd in his last fight.

    Lombard is the favorite lol

Me calling Nate is technically a more "you heard it here first" although lots of posters agree with me / have been going for Nate
