Nate said he only wants money fights. The fight makes sense. This is a fight that GSP would take.

With this recent news I think that G.S.P. was indeed in attendance at UFC 196 for a possible Conor vs G.S.P match in the future. But Conor lost and it was scrapped.

Anyone interested in Nate vs. G.S.P. ?

IMO, after Conor's loss, the UFC is trying everything in their power to make Lawler/GSP the main event for UFC 200.

Well the writing on the wall tells me that they probably were gonna have a Conor GSP match, had he won lol. GSP did decide to attend after all and then the ridiculous statements of Nate possibly fighting Lawler from Lorenzo/Dana. You know, cause his brother fought Lawler lol. GSP had an Achilles tendon injury and was sick when he fought Nick, and still won the fight both on the feet and on the ground. Why would we want to see the smaller Nate fight him?

I don't believe for a second that GSP was there to challenge Conor either since that fight makes even less sense. Conor had some issues with the wrestling of Mendes, and GSP is better technically, he's much bigger and stronger, and he won't get tired if it goes 5 rounds. Pretty much the worst opponent you could reasonably find for Conor.
