I always laughed at the idea that somehow DC is the face of the company since becoming double champ. Guys like DC, Cejudo, Nunes etc will never be the face of anything even if they become triple champ.

Conors Pay per View was short notice for Nate and it still created a lot of Buzz. It was one of those replacement where no one complained, they were just like: interesting lets see what’lle happen. An iron chinned cardio machine against a sleeper left hand against a guy that doesn’t rely on takedowns and low kicks to win fights.

Conor took mma to a new level and is the reason that Nate is now such a big name. Conor is able to generate a number of views and interest that no other mma athlete can even come close to. Conor is a legit icon and inspiration to people all over the world and to think that Nate didn't benefit greatly from being able to fight him twice is just silly
