Nates frame is clearly a good bit bigger than Holloways, and Nate is going to be significantly larger than Conor.

Conor was already the size of most LW's when he fought at FW. He has been confirmed to be about 172 2 weeks before his fight with Aldo. That's the same size Benson Henderson walks around at.

Now that Conor isn't starving himself, he's probably like 180. Which is as big as any LW pretty much.

Only reason Nates bigger right now is because he hasn't been training and dieting to make the weight.
