Why don't the wrestling brigade who love to chime in that McGregor cant beat a wrestler have the same problem with other strikers ??

They are all on the Nate Diaz bandwagon today, but has Nate ever beaten a good wrestler ?

He lost to Dos Anjos, Henderson, Dong Hyun Kim, Gray Maynard (when he was good), Joe Stevenson, Clay Guida.

Strikers dont like wrestlers because they are boring. Just like Dana White and the fans dont like wrestlers because they are boring. Let the likes of Mendes and Edgar wrestle amongst themselves and let the real fighters have the exciting fights and sell the PPVs.

nah. I'm pretty sure he only wrestled High School and was something like 5-32 and sucked at wrestling. But Gray's base is still wrestling since he did a few summer wrestling camps in his teens brah

Nate's abilities have been tested over and over in the cage. Conor's abilities weren't, which is why everyone who wasn't blinded by his winstreak were telling you fanboys he would have much harder fights against wrestlers. Very different situations.

Nate's weakness is wrestling though I don't think we saw the best Nate against Dos Anjos.

It's a part of the game and wrestlers can't be ignored.

I'm glad when the UFC puts together fun fights with striker vs striker sometimes.

They also don't have to sign every wrestler out there in the free market.

Lmfao I grew up doing Muay thai I thought wrestling was gay until I trained with wrestlers and realized how much energy and work is involved. I suggest you take a class or get some wrestlers you know to teach you. Its more grueling than football training in my book.

I played football and was on the wrestling team.

Wrestling training is ten times as grueling, and getting ready for meets is insane, especially running the gauntlet.

The football players on my wrestling team all said wrestling had the toughest practices. That said, no one gave a shit about our wrestling team but many still went to our football games even when we went 0-10 one year lmao

When you're training one specific guy, he's always in the middle. Every time I've done this I was sure I was going to die.
