    right now ortega and romero.

but i believe romero won the rematch with bobby, and ortega with the right gameplan (using fucking defence that isnt his pretty face!) would beat max.

Romero. He got robbed though so I'll pick him if they fight again but I don't see him getting a shot against Bobby anytime soon.

    Aldo?

He's only ever lost to the two greatest Featherweights of all time. He's yet to lose in the last decade to anyone else. He even finished Jeremy Stephens who was on a KO roll at the time faster than Stephens has ever finished anybody.

Aldo had a decade of dominance and is one of the GOATs

I’m not sure he fits this criteria.

Even though he has wins over Stipe and Cain at the time, he isn't gonna beat them now

Rumble for me, I always found him fun to watch and his one punch KO power was insane. But could just never get past Cormier, took an ass whopping both times. Would not give him much of a chance against Jones either. He will always be very good but not great like Cormier and Jones

Rumble and Romero. Explosiveness. Pretty big fan of Gus too. Always wanted to see Alves pull it off back in the gsp era

After seeing Gus's performance against Jones last month, I definitely wouldn't say he is 'clearly better than everyone else'.

Maybe in their first fight though, yeah.

Idk if he is number 2, but i will always enjoy a Cowboy fight. He has had great win streaks and been to the dance so I guess the criteria kind of works. Idgaf about him outside of the cage (or any fighter for the record) but inside of it I will always be a fan!

Decent list, but your missing Florian. He was a beast and choked hard in title fights.
