How would you feel about athletes and fans from other sports disrespecting MMA and saying they could just come in and beat Jon Jones? Its ridiculous to think someone who has only trained Boxing part time and never had a pro Boxing match can come in and beat the best Boxer of this generation. MMA fans who don't know anything about Boxing are basically calling Boxing a fucking joke by saying Conor could just walk in and compete with the best. Its not putting Boxing on a pedestal. Its knowing their sport. ANY fan in almost any sport would say the same thing if another athlete and their fans were claiming they could come in and dominate

Not really. By looking at the stats, he was able to determine Conor is a counter puncher who isn't very aggressive. He says this style simply doesn't work against TBE. Since Conor has never boxed before, he has nothing else to go by except his MMA fights.

Well Boxing does have a far deeper talent pool then BJJ and Muay Thai.

The difference is Floyd is the best Boxer of this generation. No one in MMA is saying Rockhold would go in and sub Roger Gracie in BJJ or that Aldo would beat the best Muay Thai guy in the world at his game
