My workout regimen - Strength and Cardio

Monday- Wednesday: Walking
Thursday- Saturday: Weight Training
Sunday: Rest day

Weights:

Chest Press 3 sets of 10
Leg Press 2 sets of 15
Hammer Curl 3 sets of 15
Shoulder Curl 2 sets of 15

Cardio:

Walking - 20 minutes
Treadmill - 45 minutes
Bicycle Sit ups - 5 minutes

Supplements

EAS Soy Protein
Fish Oil
Multivitamin

Give me some feedback, I'm thinking about taking Nitric Oxide or Egg Protein next but yeah tell me what you think.

As you already do some walking for the legs, I'd scrap the leg press and add some extra biceps curls instead. You can superset them with the hammer curls for good effect.
 
I disagree with whoever said to add extra bicep work. Don't forget you have TWO muscles in your arms! You should throw in some tricep kickbacks. You'll thank me later.
