I am always messing around with new exercises, new variations, etc. and I am always pleased when I find something that "sticks" This one is a dumbell tricep rolling extension. I had done something similar to this using a barbell years ago and it was a but "tough" on the shoulders. Essentially, you have a pair of dumbells and with your arms extended, you do a "supine tricep" extension, keeping the upper arms upright and stationary and then at the bottom, you "roll" them back (almost like doing a pullover) and then "roll" them back and then extend them upwards. Very, very effective and this one stays in the line-up.
