My newest favorite tricep exercise

I am always messing around with new exercises, new variations, etc. and I am always pleased when I find something that "sticks" This one is a dumbell tricep rolling extension. I had done something similar to this using a barbell years ago and it was a but "tough" on the shoulders. Essentially, you have a pair of dumbells and with your arms extended, you do a "supine tricep" extension, keeping the upper arms upright and stationary and then at the bottom, you "roll" them back (almost like doing a pullover) and then "roll" them back and then extend them upwards. Very, very effective and this one stays in the line-up.
 
Is there a video? Im having trouble seeing it in my head. Im getting tired of skullchrushers.

It's to share what Keith thinks is a good exercise for triceps. How is that hard to understand?

I guess it's ok, but i find it very strange to share it here, where cavemen picking up the stones. Squat, deadlift and bench... that's all i see here.

btw I don't see how is this exercise special. It is classic.
 
This looks like a variation of lying barbell tricep extensions, providing a good way to get full ROM with less stress on the shoulders. This is relevant to my interests! Thanks KW.
