My new Cardio schedule.

Ok so I have been on a journey for about a month to go from 220 to 175. I have been focusing on JIIT for cardio and have seen some reduction in bf. But I want to constantly strive for better gains and keep my body guessing. So I want to add in some LSD work two times a week(even though I hate LSD). So this is what im gonna try:

Mon:
12- Weight training
12:30: 20 min of LSD on treadmill( 2min jog/3 min fast walk)
1:00: 1:15 min of sprints on treadmill.

Tue: A.M
6:00- 30-45 min jog
P.M: Team Quest Barbell complex
Standup/BJJ

Wed:same as Mon

Thurs:Same as Tues

Fri:same as Mon/Wed

Sat:LSD Run (optional)
Sun: rest
 
Not bad. Can you get off the treadmill, though? All running is far more tolerable outdoors.

Also, no reason to always be doing the same complex - there are endless combinations, and as they go, the Team Quest one isn't even that good IMO.
 
Ive just never been a fan of cleans or snatches with light weight. It messes up my form.

I'm pissed at Team Quest. I ordered their DVD several months ago, and when it came in the DVD was ripped in half. I sent an email with my receipt telling him about my problem, and he never responded.
 
dude, call them. An e-mail doesn't express how pissed you should be. Do me a favor and post a review of that DVD. I was thinking about buying it.
