I need advise because I know this diet may be lacking some stuff. I am looking for a clean bulk.

Breakfast- 2 cups cooked oatmeal, 1 cup soy milk, 2 tbsp raisins, 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or water (350 cals)

Lunch- 2 cups cooked pasta with tomato sauce, 4 ounces skinless boneless chicken breast, 2 cup baby spinach, 4 tsp salad dressing, 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or water (850 cals)

Snack- optimum pro complex gainer with water (650 cals)

Dinner- 1 cup baby spinach, 1 cup steamed vegetables or raw, 6 oz skinless boneless chicken breast, 2 cups couscous, 4tsp salad dressing, 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or water (850 cals)

Snack- optimum pro complex gainer with soy milk (750 cals)

i would put some protein into your breakfast. basically you only have carbs in that meal.

monitor your progress with the scale, mirror and your performance and adjust accordingly

I am planning on doing bjj and strength and conditioning 5 times a week with this. I guess I can add some protein as-well for breakfast, but overall do you think this is a good diet?

That looks like a very bland diet. I mean come on, you can do better than eating a chicken breast twice every fucking day. Ditch the gainer and cook some proper, tasty food that's actually worth the effort of chewing.

replace one of those servings of chicken with a steak. slightly more calories and more variety. eggs at breakfast like someone said.

a breakdown of macro ratios would help a bit, and also watch those gainers, from what i've seen they're like, 100 some odd carbs, and all fructose, which gets stored as fat after about 50 grams.

alright i will add some eggs in the morning and replace one of my snacks with chicken or steak along with more carbs.

This. I believe that diet would get old as fuck, very fast. Mix it up, get some beef, turkey, fish, pork, etc.. You're trying to gain weight and you're eating a diet that would be similar to someone trying to restrict their calorie intake. Eat the fattier meats and enjoy flavor.

i would add:

peanut butter
nuts
whole milk instead of soy (unless you have a specific reason for soy)
yams and/or sweet potatoes
beef, pork, fish & lamb
brown rice
squash
dark chocolate
eggs
cheese
whey protein / sugary drink (after workout)
casein protein (before bed / middle of the night)
