It ripped off half her face and she might lose one eye. I'm trying to deal with this but I am having a hard time. This little girl was just beautiful and wonderful. And her papa, she was his world. He can barely say a word without sobbing uncontrollably. I don't know what to do. I can't think how to help.

Kill the dog.

Fuck man... That sucks. Idk what to say.

Terrible expirence. Hope is daughter recovers. Did the dog always show aggression?

That's pretty fucked up. Did the dog have a past history of being an asshole?

What was the situation? Were you there?

Hopefully the eye can be saved above all else.

I just think of how it could have been my grand daughter. It would cripple me. It is fucked up how so many good people get fucked over by life. This guy works two full time jobs for his familly and he would be the first person to stop and spend an hour helping to fix a car he seen broken down on the side of the road.

Horrible story. Keep us posted on the condition of the granddaughter; hopefully the eye can be saved.

It's horrible, but it could have been much worse. Be thankful that she survived, also kill the dog.

Damn..... I have 2 young daughters and this is hard to imagine

I don't think anyone's gonna want a dog with that on his resume

needs to be done

Yeah, what type of dog, TS? Poor little girl though, My heart truly goes out to her. I'm sure your buddy is all kinds of fucked up over it.

Maybe it's foolish of me to make assumptions but I'm assuming the dog never had a history of violence if your buddy trusted it around his own grand daughter.

Doesn't matter what type of dog it is. Scores of people are are attacked by domestic dogs of all breeds every year. Unfortunately it happens sometimes. I don't know what country ts is in but won't the dog be seized and pts anyway? Killing the dog is no consolation it only ensures such an attack won't happen again.

That's terrible. She's lucky to have survived it sounds like. Your buddy shouldn't be too hard on himself. It can be hard to guage how an animal is going to behave in certain circumstances until it's too late. I really hope for the best for all of you.
