Heres the deal, my bjj trainer feels kinda sick and all the guys who are longer than me in class are sick as well. Now i got a call if i can't give training. I said if nothing helps i will. I need suggestion for the techniques i should teach the newer guys.
I would tend to Single leg, double leg, the single leg transition where you grab the other ankle too, americana from mount with the transition to armtriangle.

    Depending on the class length.

    Start with a warm up.

Drill one sweep from the guard, one guard pass and one submission.

Start with the technique of each, get them to dirll it a few times and then drill it against resisting partners. Correct and give advice when needed. then for the last half hour of the class, let them roll.

Should get you through the class :)

You can do all the above in 90 minutes. Do a 10 minute warm-up, drill the three techniques for 30 minutes, then resisting for 20 minutes - then roll for half an hour.
