my diet

    6am 4 whole eggs two slices of wholegrain toast.

    10-11am 210grams tuna 1cup wholegrain rice.

    1.30pm 200grams chicken with 200grams broccoli

    3.30pm apple,banana cottage cheese

    5.30 pm 300gram steak 300gram mixed vegetables.


    after any exercise i have 300mls milk and 2sccops of protein poowder

    this is usually twice a day a strength session monday wensday friday and conditioning tuesday thursday wither at mid-day or first thing in the morning.
    and BJJ or judo every night.

    i'm currently 198lbs 14%bf i want to atay around the same weight but be leaner and stronger at around 10%bf

    Huh?

    So this is a new diet? Or the one that has you at 14%bf already?
    If it's your current diet, not changing it will get the same results. If it's a new diet how does it differ from the previous diet?

    And why 10%bf? Is it a high school experiment?

    that would depend on alot of factors, your best bet is to read the FAQs, decide for yourself if it is suitable, and come back with more specific questions, otherwise nobody can really offer much help
