starting this thread so I can keep track of my conditioning progress:
I'm gonna be using HIIT, Tabata and some Crossfit WODs for this

June 14: "Isabel" (snatch, 30 reps for time): used 79 lbs and finished in 2:55
 
june 16
scaled down version of "chelsea" 3 pullups, 6 pushups, 9 squats every minute for 5 minutes

finished in 14:15
 
June 18
"Barbara" scaled down :(10 pullups,15 pushups,20squats, 25 situps) 5 rounds: record each time for every round, 3 mins rest between rounds

1:17, 1:10:, 1:06 1:08, 1:08
 
June 21
3 rounds for time: 10 cleans, 10 burpees, 10 pushups, 10 knees to chest
1st rd: 1:21 2nd:1:18: 3rd : 1:18
 
Good stuff man! I'm getting some pretty good ideas from here.
 
June 26
Did snatches :3-3-3-1-1 with 90 and 100 lbs. Just to keep ym technique in check
 
July 6
50jumping jacks,50crunches,50jumping jacks,50reverse crunches,50jumping jack,50flutter kicks
3rds zercher parnter carry 3 rds piggy back carry 4 rds fireman's carry
1 min each: pushups, burpees, leg raises, lateral jumps

BJJ class: 2 min 2 rds butterfly guard drills
2 min 5 rds sparring
 
Had a BJJ seminar went 2 rouns sparring and a whole day doing techniques.
 
BJJ seminar still. light warmup with techniques. Did 2 rounds of 5 min sparring. tried to focus on being more explosive.
