anyways I also think you had teh 275 if you didn't have to do 250 twice, I weigh around 80kgs (175) and am well far from your totals .. only 120 kgs squat 100 kgs bench and 140 DL but also I'm 37 and only started training seriously like 1 year ago
 
Was that a highbar squat?
