    Hey guys,

Just wanted to share this post I wrote about my 2nd and last day training in MG's new academy.

I wrote a little about how the class is organized and some of the warmups we did.

Something like this would've helped me the first time I visited, to give me an idea of what to expect (for some reason I always get a little shy visiting a new academy... like the first day of school).

Again, I just wanted to reemphasize how friendly and welcoming everyone there is, so if you visit and have any questions, everyone is glad to help, at least that was my experience.

I know with my last post that there was a lot of interest in visiting here also, so I hope this helps you guys out.

MG is also very willing to take pictures with you, so don't hesitate to ask him for a picture when you go!

^ what class time/day did you go on your second day?

MG's new location is even closer to my office than his last one was. 3 blocks from my office.

I went to the 12:30 - 1:30 class... it ended more around 2:00 after all the rolling.. and then the sitting around and hanging out afterwards.

Not quite sure how so many people make it there in the middle of the day... don't they have to work??

My excuse is that I was on vacation.

I know a ton of people who take longer lunch hours to get more one on one type instruction at mid-day classes.
