Lombard was getting MAN HANDLED by Okami until he gassed and had the usual brain fart he usually has at the end of a fight. Boetsch was a meh fight...both looked terrible. Lombard lost a close fight agains a top MW, he wasn't tooled by any mid tier middleweight.
Okami is a legit top ten. Aside from the guys you mention, I would favour Okami over any other MW in the world.

Skill wise yes. They have more complete fighters at MW. WW has many specialists but some good talent overall in the top 5.

Educate yourself a bit before posting in a forum.
Okami clearly won rounds 1 or 2, because he was superior in the standup and in the ground, aside from the takedowns.
Most shots from Lombard in the first two rounds were blocked or missed, while Okami landed like 15 jabs and some straigh lefts, 5 solid knees from the clinch to the body and another one to the jaw.
In the grappling department, Okami took Lombard down 3 times, passed his guard 5 times, got full mount and tried to posture up and do ground and pound till the bell rang. That's not LnP.
Lombard's only effective offense was in the first minut of the third round, then, he gassed, and LnPed till the end of the round being on top without improving position, attempt subs, or GnP. Yes, if someone Lay and prayed in that fight, it was Lombard in the third.
Close fight, but Okami clearly won for any educated fan.

Chael is soggy at LHW and he is top 10 MW for sure but Rory is way way way better at WW than Chael is at MW. Idc what rankings or records say, that should be common sense.

I don't like Sonnen but the dude actually worked his way up to his first TS with Anderson Silva at MW by beating top guys at the time like Okami, and Nate M. Rory Mac's best win at WW is Mia(yes I know Mia beat CHael) who was ranked #6 - he's yet to beat a top5 guy and lost to Lawler 2 fights ago. So really, Rory hasn't worked his way up to a TS yet... if he beats Woodley then he will deserve one.

Lombard has not looked good at WW either.

Maia earned a MW titleshot and wasn't even in a #1 contender match at WW.
