Im not trying to sound like a baby, because im a soldier just like everyone else that trains hard. My body is having trouble adapting to training 5 times a week. What do you guys do to prevent soreness. In the legs especially? Does it tend to decrease over time? I can handle the pain, but it slows me down considerabley in the gym some days for take downs ect. I want to be 110 every time I train

Yes, it will subside. delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is normal when you increase the intesity of your workouts. The best thing you can do is stretch softly everyday. If you are sore for more than 4 days, then it may be something else...probably overtraining. Give it a little bit. Be sure to rest. Insufficient sleep will increase DOMS and you'll end up with an injury. Don't be worried, but monitor yourself and know your limits.
