Muscle on the front of the shin?

swimming helps, but it is not going to give you a massive muscle there

I have those! And its a pain in the ass- especially since I love running. Reverse calf raises do help alot though.
 
if u do tip toes about 400 times it trains this muscle mine are fairly big now and so i hold weights while doing the tip toes this exercise is not good if you are a thai boxer!!

i dont know if this is what u ment , but when i was out at the beach i had flippers with me , kicking with those things kills that front part of your shin , kicking with flippers is an ok workout for the legs
