Muscle Milk, makes bulk?

I am a wrestler/ marathon run, and already have enough bulk, and anymore it I will lose my speed. I am looking for somthing that will hopefully just allow me to run more and work more harder and longer. My friend said he uses muscle for recovery. Is it for real? IF not was is a good product to use that is for stregth but no exactly bulk?
 
Drink gatorade while you workout. You can take Muscle Milk postworkout, yes, but a carbohydrate/protein powder will also work. Gaining bulk will have more to do with the amount of calories you intake and your method of training.
