Muscle memory saved my ass....im a believer!

I know you're getting back into it but you seem to have lost more lower body strength (squat) then upper body (close grip bp)

i am a pressing machine....i have no idea how or why but i can press like a beast compared to my squat. 3 knee surgeries and 2 pins in my knee might be the issue but i dont know why. I just like pushing things off my chest....
