Hey everyone, I'm going into my freshman year of highschool and football is comming up, so obviously I want to put on weight to try to make varsity or sophmore team. I also do not want to gain too much weight where I get way out of my wrestling weight class (152). Any suggestions of what to eat to gain around 10-15 pounds or so of mostly muscle would be thanked, I do lift, but unfortunately right now only the upper body due to a knee injury...I currently weigh 155 pounds, hoping to weigh 165-170 by the start of the next school year.
