Muscle Mass gaining advice?

Hey everyone, I'm going into my freshman year of highschool and football is comming up, so obviously I want to put on weight to try to make varsity or sophmore team. I also do not want to gain too much weight where I get way out of my wrestling weight class (152). Any suggestions of what to eat to gain around 10-15 pounds or so of mostly muscle would be thanked, I do lift, but unfortunately right now only the upper body due to a knee injury...I currently weigh 155 pounds, hoping to weigh 165-170 by the start of the next school year.

Have you checked out the FAQ here? You should and then also check out the FAQ in the Strength and Power forum for some routines to pack on some muscle.
