Economy Murica Is No Longer World's Largest Foreign Investment Market

So the right just broke because they can't deal with being second place in something?

The shit is going on?

Congress: "Here's an idea! Let's send all our jobs to China!"

The President: "Brilliant! Everyone in America will get to buy cheaply manufactured products for an insanely low price!"

America: "But there's no more jobs and we're a 3rd world country now :( "

Congress: "You did this to yourselves, America"

Superior management of the Covid-19 pandemic.

After CCP replaced the local leadership, They just pretended the disease didn't exist and let it burn through the population.

In fact it was less than a week after China replaced leadership in Wuhan that they started cutting their numbers incrementally, like clockwork.

They pretty much let the disease burn through the population. They didn't report deaths. But locals sorta knew by how many Urns were needed as it was in the tens of thousands weekly.

America in 2020 was Trump's responsibility. Covid's existence was out of his hands, but America's response could best be described as 'inconsistent'.
He fucked up the last year of his presidency and helped give China an opportune leg-up, undermining some of his other efforts to counter China.

Biden spent half a century as a part of the establishment that helped to lead America into the disunited disarray we see today, internally divided and destined for foreign usurpation of her leading role on the global stage. He also spent about two decades downplaying the potential threat of China, and actively enabling her rise.

I mean, Trump looks a shit-ton worse because he fumbled a big play with seconds left on the clock, but Biden's been feeding the other team all game long.
I also think it's funny that Eric Swalwell cited Biden as inspiring him to enter politics - the same Swalwell who briefly ran for president while he was sleeping with a literal Chinese spy <Lmaoo> It's petty to mention it, but c'mon, man.

Plummeted 49% in one year, while China grew 4%. This isn't the result of the long term trend. Just Trump mismanaging the pandemic.

It's a combination of the two.

In normal times the US would be the flight to safety. But now China is also an option; one that is increasingly becoming more attractive as their economy grows.

With Trumps mismanagement of covid it just made the choice a bit easier, and made giving China a go even more attractive. It just accelerates a long-term trend.

It doesn't need to be for a while.
It can focus on rebuilding itself.

Luckin coffee google it.
Bloomberg said iirc that they lied about their revenue by 40% when in China over 20% or whatever it is , is the normal acceptable rate

Invest in China at your own risk. A lot less transparency and a lot more collusion and cheating than Wall Street can dream of
