Okay okay. This is probably an extremely stupid question, so consider me extremely stupid if you need to and just help educate another idiot in the world please.
I've heard from one person to the other that a vitamin supplement is not necessary and on the other side that it is. I'm talking about multi-vitamin supplements such as ultimate-man or whatever have you. I've been told that you should get all of this, or most of it, from the foods you eat given that you eat correctly. I'm not so entirely strict on my diet, but i do follow John Berardi's 7 Healthy Habits of eating day after day and i stay well away from foods that i should(i.e. fast foods, transfats, sugar loaded foods, etc etc). I just don't see how it could hurt, but i'm also obviously ignorant towards it so i'm sure that there are many things that i am not aware of.
If it's a waste of time i would like to know so i can leave it alone and spend that money on something much more beneficial.
