I used to watch the show when I was young. I left his neighborhood when I was a teenager and into a young adult. When I had a child I reentered his neighborhood until my son moved on to other shows.
I just got back into him when I saw his postage stamp and trailer for "Won't you be my neighbor." I watched his television appearances and he was just a great guy. He cared for everyone and I'm glad I never found out he was a creep.
I watched his interviews and a lot of nervous laughter in the audience when he was on and when he spoke. I don't know if its because the audience members watched him growing up and was surreal. It also may be because he is overly nice and ot made it awkward.
Just was a good guy and giving him a shout out.
