And i agree

But why did he keep continuing especially after the 3rd defeat to Edgar

going to 145 was the wrong thing to do. he shouldnt have done that

Hopefully he’s done with every weight.

Is BJ still fighting? One of my fav all time

As a long time fan of UFC and BJ, it's sad to see how much his recent losses have harmed him. I think most newer fans feel he was never good, and that's a bit sad. Still will always support him, but its cringey to watch him fight these days.

He shouldn't have come out of retirement, or tried to make a second run at 170 either.

If this is the return of motivated Penn, Khabib better drop to 145.

Vs Cm Punk at 170 is the fight to make.

The only fight i'd be down to see right now for BJ is a Diego Sanchez rematch, no other option. At lightweight.

But why did he keep continuing especially after the 3rd defeat to Edgar
same reasons hundreds of boxers and thousands of athletes before him. Holyfield is only the most recent, obvious and extreme example.

1. ego, 2. he honestly thinks he still has it, 3. it's all he knows, and 4. he's not sure what to do with himself after retirement.

BJ should have stayed retired after the Nick Diaz fight like 7 years ago to be completely honest
