Mov nat is exercising outside using nature as your "equipment"

I injured my shoulder heavy lifting, so while im healing, im doing sprints, and climbing trees. Any tarzans in here?

Jogging backwards for 20 minutes is a good way to cut down on the pounding your joints take while running for long periods.

Pull ups are good. You should be able to do atleast 15 to 20 in a row, and then a few sets of 10 after that.

Jumping Lunges are good

Push ups are the best. Everyone should be doing atleast 50 pushups a day. most days ill average 200 (5 sets of 40)
