    Just rewatched the full, directors cut version of Apocalypse Now.

    Incredible movie, transfixed the whole time, then the fade to black ending just drops you on your head back into reality after hours descending into madness.

    Are there any other movies that you find have a similar effect?

    Lost in Translation. Having spent a huge part of my life living/working in hotels half way around the world...this film closely hits home. Plus I want to fuck Scarlett Johansson.

    Suicide Squad took me to a dark place where I contemplated suicide.

    I opted instead to just walk out of the theater.
