well I think mousasi beats him honestly. mousasi is a better kickboxer and has good TDD. If rockhold gets him down then he will be in trouble but mousasi has enough tools to keep it standing.
Rockhold better on the ground imo .... Mousasi better standing ..... tough fight to call ...but I’m a bit biased....so I’ll say Mousasi would find a way to win
If Rockhold gets him to the ground its game over, Rockholds ground game is seriously underrated. On the feet I think Moussasi takes it as he is much better on the feet especially boxing, he has less tools but I would say he is the better striker especially with better defense. Rockhold on the ground is something special and its a shame he thinks his standup is his best weapon.
I think it’s more that his offensive wrestling isn’t the greatest and has trouble getting it to the ground
Rockhold out struck Jacare, Jacare out struck Mousasi. This proves Rockhold dominates Mousasi everywhere.
Ground game, specifically top control, is Luke´s strongest area. IMO, Luke has significantly better top game than Gegard. However, Gegard beats Luke 7/10 fights.
Unless Luke has been working on his wrestling I dont see how he gets Moose to the ground. And Gegard works him on the feet
This proves you are dumb. Look at the years. Maybe equal in theory, but Rocksalt is taller and heavier, which makes him better at top control.
Is this even a question? Mousasi gets taken down all the time, thats why he couldnt make a good run in the UFC MW Struggle against Weidman and obviously got smashed badly by Jacare
