Lately, I was less motivated at work. So I bought "100 Ways to Stay Motivated - Grant Cardone" mp3's.

And I listen to those mp3's and now I'm motivated again.

How do you guys and girls stay motivated?

The threat of homelessness and poverty keeps me motivated to make monies

I'm very regret aversive. I don't like wasting time (he says as he writes on Sherdog, lol) or potential. Not sure if that's as good thing or not, but fear is a hell of a motivator.

I look at all the negative side effects of not doing what needs to be done, and it usually outweighs the positive effects of being a lazy POS. That's a great motivator.

Also seeing the results from doing what needs to be done helps.

Motivation is only really useful for starting an endeavor but not for maintaining it. I create a plan when I'm motivated to do something and I try to stick with the plan so it becomes a habit. Then it becomes far more sustainable. Making shit threads is now muscle memory for me

I love my job so I don't need much motivation for that. I actually hate relying on motivation for anything because motivation will go away no matter what eventually. I just rely on discipline. Discipline will always be there if you do it right.
