When i cardio, I don't go past the first fatigue dump. I use to.
When I lift weight, I don't go past 30% of my maximum. I use to.
When I eat, I don't cut out carbs or sugar. I use to.
My old motivation was lookin good so I could bed as many hoes as possible. Won't work again.
