Of all the major fights lined up in the next few months, which for you would be your most surprising result? Not just in terms of who wins, but how they win.

For example, if Matt Brown were to somehow submit Maia, I would be so shocked that I would probably have a heart attack. I understand that he probably has the advantage in the stand up and could potentially hurt Maia and submit him then. But still, I would be shocked.

With all the major fights lined up, I'm just going to list a few of the bigger ones, but feel free to include any ones that I miss or anyone that would be the most shocking result for you:

I'd be surprised if Jacare beat Belfort

I'd be surprised if DC beat Jones

I'd be surprised if Nunes beat Tate by any other method other than 1st round TKO.

I'd be surprised if Jones finished DC even though I'm kind of expecting it.

I'd honestly be surprised if Rockhold/Weidman DOESN'T go to decision. I have a feeling that both guys will be tentative and hesitant the whole fight and it'll be rather uneventful.

Hahaha I wonder how much money you could make if you were to bet on that, and it were to actually happen. Imagine the trash talk leading up to their 3rd fight if that were to happen?

I'd say Alvarez beating RDA or Faber beating Cruz would be the most shocking from that list.

If Cyborg got KOd that would be the biggest surprise. It's a fighter going up in weight to fight one of the best women fighters of all time. Keep in mind Smith wasn't good in her natural weight class to begin with. All the other fights are actually GOOD fights and not squash matches.

See, I would take Jacare over Belfort because Belfort is off TRT and doesn't have as good of a ground game imo.
Nunes could TKO Tate late in the fight similar to how Tate lost to Zingano (that wouldn't really be that crazy imo)
Jones finishing people should not come as a shock, yeah he's had 4 decisions in a row, but they have all been dominant. I could see him being extremely aggressive against DC to prove a point. If Jones knocks him out I wouldn't be that surprised, although DC winning would be a major shock and I'll give you that.

Fair enough but Jacare looked horrific in his last fight & Nunes doesn't have the gas tank of Zingano so it's highly unlikely she does anything after the 1st round.
