I would have to say its a tie between hendo vs Bisping and shogun vs machida 2. I watche TUF and I couldn't stand how Bisping was just always talking trash and Hendo wouldn't say anything. But i remember in one episode Hendo saying hell do the talking with his fist. I Absolutly loved the second unnecessary blow to the unconscious Bisping. Also, I was still infuriated at the time over Shogun vs Machida 1. What made things worse was that Machida actually thought he dominated the whole fight. Anderson even said machida won all 5 rounds. When I saw shogun drop and finish machida I jump out of my couch and starting yelling at the top of my lungs. It was amazing.

As of recent memory, Del Rosario vs. Barry was nice to see because we get to see him fight again. Hominick vs. KZ because I'm korean haha

    Lots, recently Stephens and Damarques.

While people say Bisping acted wrongly on TUF, the guy that acted worse in that entire show was Damarques not been a fan since then, I do like Swick seeing him back and koing Damarques made me really enjoy it.

Stephens, I just dont like him for a number of reasons of stuff he did through the years in fights and what he said and once again, I really like Yves so like the Damarques situation, I like it because I don't like the guy and I like the guy that beat him, I actually like to see Stephens figth though.

    Hendo/Bisping-Bisping had it coming
    Chuck/Tito I & II-Dislike Tito
    JDS/Cain-JDS winning the title convincingly.
Mir/Nog I-No one was giving Mir a chance in hell.
Rampage/Wand III-Don't dislike Wand but that was Rampages revenge.

Last one I can remember right now would be Nog over Schaub.

Was annoying having to hear Schaub talking about building his career beating legends.

Hardy said something before the fight along the lines of "Even if Condit hits me, he won't be able to hurt me."
